"I was hesitant at first to join as I thought others would judge what I was capable of doing. This was the opposite! If you can't do the actual exercise then the coach modifies the exercises if needed. Michael who has coached me before is very motivating. Very helpful in teaching you good body mechanics when doing exercises. LOVE this gym and I am thinking about continuing my membership after my 6 week challenge!"
